Special attention is paid both to Hygiene (an efficient disinfection system of the unit’s internal circuits - VDS -, liquid anti-retraction systems, a number of autoclavable details, easy-to-clean and to disinfect surfaces, no asperities or external connections, disinfecting products conceived expressly by Vitali for the internal and external cleaning and disinfection of the unit) and to Safety (a number of protection devices, both mechanical and electronical, placed in the danger areas of each unit) so as to allow both the user and the patient to work in a healthy and safe environment.

VDS disinfection system

It is an integrated system for the unit water conduits treatment completely studied, tested and manufactured by Vitali.

VDS consists in the:

• network water treatment through a UV-C ray system (UV-Osmo-Eco) reducing the bacterial charge before water is used by the unit;
• instrument water treatment with Multiclean, a specific disinfecting product with a wide range of action, reducing the risk of crossed infection;
• preservation of the so-obtained hygienic levels of the conduits, by using a non-contaminated liquid (Clean water system)
• constant control of its proper functioning protecting both the user and the patient ;
• easy control of its complete function by a control panel

Clean water system with level control for independent water feeding of instruments’ water circuits.

Instruments are fed using distilled water or physiological solution, excluding the network’s water.

Aquaniumatic system for the spittoon’s disinfection.

It automatically mixes the network’s water with solid calbenium™ for the disinfection of the unit’s spittoon (delivering disinfected, coloured and scented water). The system is independent and does not require electric feeding.

Air sterilizing filter

The device filters the air used during the functioning of instruments by a cartridge made of glass microfibre which guarantees a 99.9999+% effectiveness on 0,01 micron particles.

DISINFECTANT MULTICLEAN

DETERGENT MOUSSE

Mousse quickly dissolves blood, dust, mineral and vegetable fats present on polyurethane, ABS, casters, glass, Plexiglass, polycarbonate and varnished surfaces without damaging them. Its special composition can remove dirt and oil traces from all surfaces, thus avoiding problems of drying up or breakage. The foaming quality of the product facilitates its removal from vertical surfaces. Mousse is ready for use.
